Isuzu Truck UK has appointed RH Commercial Vehicles as an authorised repairer in Peterborough, bringing additional aftersales capacity to support customers in the East of England. The site becomes the fourth of RH Commercial Vehicles’ six dealerships to represent the Japanese brand, joining existing locations in Northampton, Newark and Leicester.
The 10,000 sq ft site features a spacious forecourt and reception area, with four service bays facilitating the repair, maintenance and roller brake testing of commercial vehicles from 3.5 to 44 tonnes. RH Commercial Vehicles places a huge focus on customer care, with the site including a comfortable driver waiting room stocked with refreshments and entertainment.
James Daykin, Group Aftermarket Manager for RH Commercial Vehicles, says: “Operating multiple Isuzu Truck locations across the Midlands and the east of England enables us to extend our services to more local and national fleet customers, meaning they benefit from our extensive one-stop-shop offering, utilising our significant Isuzu parts stock to carry out comprehensive repairs and get their vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.”
RH Commercial Vehicles’ Peterborough site also facilitates a mobile breakdown service which provides quick mobile support, helping to minimise customer downtime.
