Global aviation recruitment and engineering solutions specialist, JMC Aviation, has appointed Mick Adams as its new European Strategic Board Advisor.
The former CEO of STS Aviation Services Europe, Adams, brings more than 40 years of aviation industry experience to the role, holding key positions within MRO, CRO and Part-21 Design Organisations, as well as working across business, military, commercial and private aviation.
He will oversee the teams at JMC Aviation in the UK and report directly into the Executive Chairman of its parent company, LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, in the United States, helping to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth across European markets. He will also play a key role in fostering greater alignment and collaboration between the two offices as the business continues to expand internationally.
Commenting on his appointment, Adams says: “Having personally used JMC’s services in previous roles, I have seen first-hand the quality, professionalism and customer focus that have earned the company its strong reputation. I’m excited to build on that success.

Adams’ initial priorities include identifying new opportunities within the market and building a strategic road map for expansion over the next 12 months.
Internally, he will also look to bring the teams at JMC, LAUNCH, and its own parent company Capitol Meridian Partners, closer together, helping to ensure the three businesses continue to deliver an efficient and cohesive approach moving forwards.
