Initiatives promoting a strong team ethos and a positive approach to mental health, have seen travel technology business, Click Travel, named as one of the Best Companies to Work For by The Sunday Times for a sixth consecutive year.

The Birmingham-based business has cemented its place on the list by embedding flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely into its culture, using cloud-based communication tools to ensure there is always a strong connection between employees working remotely or in the office.

The company also has a keen focus on corporate social responsibility, allowing every employee to volunteer one per cent of their working time to a local charity or not-for-profit organisation.
