Asset Alliance Group’s flexible approach and excellent customer service have been hailed by Northseal Scaffolding following a competitive four-way tender to supply the scaffolding company with the latest addition to its fleet.
The new 26-tonne DAF CF rigid, with HMF 2820-K Crane and Space Cab, which has been supplied on a four-year contract hire basis, has been liveried in the company’s striking blue and pink colours.
Joining the firm’s 10-strong fleet, the vehicle will be in operation seven days a week, delivering scaffolding across the whole of Scotland and conducting street work for local councils.
Managing Director of Northseal Scaffolding, Eddie Gilmour, says: “This is the first time we have worked with Asset Alliance Group and we’ve been really impressed by the quality of service they deliver. We approached a number of companies, but Asset Alliance Group were the standout for us. They were able to source the exact vehicle we wanted, and have it on the road swiftly.
“We work our fleet seven days a week, so need a supplier that meets our high standards to ensure our vehicles are always on the road. We have real confidence in Asset Alliance Group’s service and are already looking to replace a number of other vehicles with them in the near future.”
Under the full-service contract hire agreement, Asset Alliance Group will retain ownership of the new vehicle, while undertaking all safety inspections, maintenance, servicing and repair requirements. The contract also includes comprehensive roadside assistance and tyre cover.
Commenting on the latest order, Dougie Bennett, Business Development Manager at Asset Alliance Group, says: “We’re delighted to have secured this new contract with Northseal Scaffolding, with Scotland being a key market for us. We pride ourselves on becoming a trusted and long-term partner for all our customers, so we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the team.”
Northseal Scaffolding supplies, erects and dismantles scaffolding across Scotland to commercial clients, private clients and local authorities. Its services cover roughcast and EWI systems, roofing, extensions, new builds and double glazing.
Note to editors:
Asset Alliance Group has redefined the way companies acquire commercial vehicles and occupies a unique position in the market, as it uses its own funds and significant buying power to supply multi-brand truck, trailer, bus and coach vehicles on any combination of contract hire, operating lease, finance lease or hire purchase. This flexibility, combined with a transparent and consultative approach, helps customers drive maximum efficiency from their fleets.
Asset Alliance Group also stands out for maintaining full control of residual risk through its retail arm, which protects customers from overly strict return conditions commonplace in the industry.
The Group operates across four UK sites and is headquartered in Wolverhampton. It was founded in 2010 by Willie Paterson, former Director of Commercial Finance at Alliance & Leicester plc.
